What We’re Looking For

  • Fundraising & Sponsorship – Experience in securing financial support and partnerships.

  • Communication & Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with members, sponsors, and external stakeholders.

  • Governance & Compliance – Understanding of RFU regulations, club policies, and best practices in sports governance.

Your Responsibilities as Chairman

  • Provide leadership and direction to the club, ensuring a clear vision and strategy.

  • Chair committee meetings and oversee key decision-making processes.

  • Represent the club at RFU and regional rugby meetings.

  • Support fundraising, sponsorship, and financial planning initiatives.

  • Maintain strong relationships with players, members, sponsors, and the wider rugby community.

  • Ensure compliance with RFU regulations and best governance practices.
